Pet Nutritionist, Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist a minimum of 40 pet parents each day by delivering solutions while ensuring their satisfaction.

• Develop the ability to recognize customer needs in order to suggest relevant products and service offerings.

• Address customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, SMS, etc.

• Offer clients nutritional and product support, which includes but is not limited to creating custom feeding plans (nutritional plans), generating condition sheets, and encouraging users to download the Farmina Genius App.

• Support the Senior Customer Care representative with additional follow-up projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Competent administrative and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Capability to work under pressure while managing a high volume of work.

• Ability to work independently.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
