PET Clinical Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge, skills, and expertise in product, clinical, and software aspects within the PET modality.

• Integrate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product details to equip clinicians with the expertise required for optimal performance of their GE Healthcare equipment.

• Conduct pre-sale clinical product evaluations and/or educational sessions for potential customers.

• Collaborate with customers to design and implement clinical training for end-user staff, in accordance with sales order agreements (SOA), to deliver exceptional clinical education and achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

• Work alongside sales, project management, and other service teams to ensure coordinated delivery of customer training, adhering to the SOA/terms and conditions.

• Drive revenue growth through effective delivery of on-site or remote clinical education.

• Ensure thorough, consistent, and timely completion of documentation requirements from pre-training through post-training.

• Offer ongoing training and support after installation as required throughout the product lifecycle.

• Foster customer relationships through proactive engagement and communicate any pertinent product or customer issues or opportunities to the Management team, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Loyalty Leaders, and Technical Support regarding technical and clinical matters or potential improvements to product quality and offerings.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of imaging experience with at least 3 years in the PET modality.

• Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the western US (California preferred, including AZ, NV, UT, CO, ID).

• ARRT or equivalent certification specific to the PET modality is required.

• Must be comfortable working in a clinical/patient environment.

• Extensive travel is required (90+%, 4-5 days per week, including overnights and some weekends) across the US and Canada (USCAN) using various transportation methods (car, air travel, train, etc.) as necessary.

• Proficiency in software applications such as Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as navigating other computer and web-based tools (intranet/internet/apps).

• Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and deliver digital education and training solutions.

• Registration with one or more vendor credentialing services by various customer hospitals will be required, which may include proof of immunization for mumps, measles, and rubella (MMR) and hepatitis, as well as drug testing/screening.

• For positions in the USA - a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college is required (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
