Pest Control Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

• Acquire the necessary skills to manage the daily operations of a pest control service route.

• Adhere to a route schedule within the designated territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each client’s location.

• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.

• Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that fulfill their complete pest management needs.

• Act as a problem solver for clients by utilizing comprehensive training to determine the most effective pest solutions tailored to each client’s requirements.

• Complete all necessary service-related documentation and utilize the provided handheld device for efficiency and accuracy.

• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

• Competent in safely accessing crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.

• Willingness to work in various weather and temperature conditions.

• Must obtain and maintain the required state licensing.

• Eligible candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
