This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a Personnel Services Specialist (m/f/d) - zvoove Payroll, your primary responsibility is to serve as the main point of contact for our clients regarding any inquiries related to zvoove Payroll, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
• Your efforts will have a direct influence on the satisfaction of our customers.
• In doing so, you will enhance long-term successful partnerships and contribute to the ongoing success of zvoove.
• With your approachable and customer-centric demeanor, you will provide essential (technical) assistance for payroll and salary administration in all support requests.
• You will be tasked with configuring our software for clients, independently diagnosing issues, addressing user inquiries via phone, email, or remote access, and meticulously documenting all processes.
• You will assist our customers with daily questions about our software and guide them through onboarding and the effective preparation of their payroll.
• Continually building and expanding your expertise in our products is a natural aspect of your role.
• By interacting with customers, colleagues, sales, and the product team, you will serve as a vital link and enhance the value of our services.
• Following successful onboarding, you will conduct seminars for our customers (either online or in person) to further train users effectively.
• You possess prior experience in payroll and salary accounting and are knowledgeable about electronic reporting procedures such as ELStAM, DEÜV, and SV-Meldungen.
• Ideally, you have experience with zvoove Payroll; alternatively, you may have worked with DATEV, Lexware, ADDISON, or SAP.
• You are eager to engage with and improve upon complex technical and subject-specific topics.
• Your working style is service-, customer-, and solution-oriented, with a strong focus on maximizing customer satisfaction.
• You present yourself in a professional and reliable manner and excel at listening attentively.
• Ideally, you have experience in customer support or inside sales.
• You have successfully completed vocational training in payroll/salary accounting or possess equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel (under 5% of the time).
• You have an excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
