This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create, develop, test, and launch tailored experiences utilizing Adobe Target and Marketo Engage to facilitate campaign implementation across various digital platforms.
• Examine user behaviors, audience segments, and performance metrics to identify actionable insights that shape personalization strategies across digital channels (Email, Web, Chat).
• Convert data-driven insights into recommendations that enhance the delivery of personalized experiences to targeted audience segments.
• Oversee and assess the effectiveness of personalization efforts, continually improving experiences based on data-driven insights.
• Handle multiple personalization projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to guarantee precise measurement, reporting, and alignment with business objectives.
• At least 3 years of experience utilizing Adobe Target or a comparable web optimization tool (e.g., Optimizely or Google Optimize).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Expertise in Adobe Target, encompassing activity creation, quality assurance, and publishing.
• Solid understanding of A/B and multivariate testing techniques as well as web optimization strategies.
• Strong analytical abilities with a background in campaign performance assessment and data-informed decision making.
• Capability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
