This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers through WhatsApp, focusing on sales and conversion.

• Assist clients who encounter challenges while purchasing from the brand's online store.

• Oversee orders made using the boleto payment option to mitigate potential cancellations due to non-payment.

• Update key customers on brand news and updates.

• Keep track of site promotions.

• Perform follow-ups after sales are completed.

• Log all interactions with customers.

• Ensure an outstanding shopping experience for the brand's clientele.

• Actively find solutions to meet customers' needs.

• A completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Fashion, or related fields.

• Experience and knowledge in sales.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
