This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Achieves defined sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Employs Trucordia's sales and marketing resources to implement result-driven initiatives such as cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and presentations to secure new business opportunities.
• Serves as a subject matter expert to excel in a specific area of focus, ensuring a high likelihood of long-term success.
• Regularly oversees a portfolio of clients to maintain strong renewal rates.
• Works closely with the Client Service team to evaluate renewal business and onboard new client accounts.
• Adheres to Trucordia's sales strategies and best practices, including the effective use of Trucordia tools and the sales management platform.
• Valid Property and Casualty License issued by the state.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in an insurance sales capacity.
• Proficient in professional software applications such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
• Proven abilities in analytics and both internal and external communication.
