This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Support clients with their home and auto insurance requirements.
• Address coverage inquiries, offer tailored advice, and handle policy modifications.
• Proactively reach out to clients regarding their policy renewals.
• Effectively communicate with clients through phone, email, and SMS.
• Track personal performance and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Keep precise records of client interactions and log follow-up actions in our CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the customer service team.
• Remain informed about product knowledge and industry developments.
• Advance to a senior position within our insurance team or a team lead role after your first two years with us.
• You possess a valid AMF license.
• At least 2 years of experience as a broker or agent.
• Minimum of 5 years of pertinent customer service experience.
• A proactive mindset.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Quick learner with an enthusiasm for technology.
