Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager, Spanish Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate insurance claims and act as the main point of contact for adjusters and carriers.

• Gather, monitor, and organize medical records, invoices, and police reports.

• Ensure awareness of treatment progression and outcomes.

• Identify and proactively address lien and subrogation challenges.

• Work alongside lead paralegals to assemble comprehensive and precise case files for demand.

• Daily communication with clients to assist them throughout the pre-litigation process.

• Maintain case timelines and guarantee that milestones are achieved accurately.

• Identify and rectify operational inefficiencies to enhance speed and precision.

• Adhere to the highest standards in documentation, file integrity, and communication.

• Possess 3+ years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims.

• Be highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven.

• Demonstrate excellence in process execution within fast-paced, high-volume settings.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurers.

• Take responsibility for your work and maintain high standards of quality and accountability.

• Be comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with strong time management skills.
