Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager, Spanish Fluent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Initiate insurance claims and act as the main point of contact with adjusters and carriers.

• Request, oversee, and systematize medical records, invoices, and police documentation.

• Ensure awareness of treatment progression and outcomes.

• Proactively identify and resolve issues related to liens and subrogation.

• Collaborate with lead paralegals to assemble thorough and accurate case files for demand.

• Daily communication with clients to assist them throughout the pre-litigation process.

• Maintain timelines for cases and ensure that milestones are achieved with precision.

• Identify and address operational inefficiencies to enhance speed and accuracy.

• Maintain the highest standards in documentation, file management, and communication.

• Possess 3+ years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims.

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven.

• Excel in executing processes within fast-paced and high-volume environments.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurers.

• Take responsibility for your work and maintain high standards of quality and accountability.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with strong time management abilities.
