• Draft, prepare, and review legal documents pertinent to personal injury cases, such as pleadings, motions, and affidavits. 📜

• Conduct thorough legal research, focusing on police records, medical files, and the discovery process. 🔍

• Engage with clients to address their questions concerning personal injury claims. 📞

• Keep precise documentation of case-related information and ensure timely submissions. 📑

• Support attorneys with administrative duties and provide updates on case progress. 🤝

• Facilitate the collection and delivery of crucial case documents. 🚚

• Possesses a minimum of one year of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a U.S. Personal Injury law firm. 💼

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Law. 🎓

• Is proficient in legal software such as Clio or MyCase (preferred). 💻

• Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, in both spoken and written forms. 🗣️✍️

• Exhibits strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities. 📣

• Can independently manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. 💪

• Must reside permanently in Latin America. 🌍
