This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee a significant caseload from start to finish, concentrating on immigration relief based on family connections.
• Prepare, review, and finalize application packets according to the firm's standards, ensuring all necessary evidence is included and meets quality control.
• Conduct client interviews and ready clients and documentation for USCIS interview settings.
• Timely respond to USCIS Requests for Evidence while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Efficiently manage revision returns and client callbacks.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout their case, elucidating processes and setting expectations.
• Ensure accurate and organized case files are kept in the firm's legal database.
• At least 3 years of experience in high-volume immigration law; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proficient in handling I-589, I-42B, bond applications, and family-based petitions.
• Proven ability to manage intricate case types and independently meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and client service abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with legal case management systems; experience with Filevine is a plus.
