Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Offer litigation assistance on personal injury cases in Pennsylvania

• Prepare documentation related to trials, such as motions in limine, trial briefs, jury instructions/questions, and various pre-trial motions

• Compose motions, pleadings, and other documents associated with litigation

• Perform legal research and contribute to trial strategy development

• Support trial preparation and ongoing litigation cases

• Work collaboratively with attorneys to ensure thorough preparation for upcoming trials

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania

• At least 5+ years of experience in Pennsylvania personal injury litigation

• Significant experience in trial preparation and litigation

• Proficient drafting skills, especially for pre-trial motions and briefs

• Strong legal research and analytical capabilities

• Capacity to work effectively in a dynamic litigation environment

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines

• Proactive self-starter who can operate independently
