Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage litigation cases from initiation through to trial.

• Negotiate settlements and draft legal documents.

• Represent clients in court, during depositions, and in mediations.

• Foster strong relationships with clients while delivering exceptional legal representation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Litigation/Trial Attorneys must be licensed in two or more of the following states: South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, or North Carolina.

• Required experience of 2-8 years in litigation, with a preference for trial experience.

• Must hold licenses in multiple states.
