This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Professionally respond to incoming calls from potential clients with empathy and urgency.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads, referrals, and web inquiries.
• Conduct thorough intake interviews to assess potential personal injury cases.
• Accurately collect and document all necessary client and case information.
• Recognize high-value or urgent cases and escalate them as needed.
• Clearly articulate the legal representation process to prospective clients.
• Assist qualified leads in finalizing representation agreements using electronic signature platforms.
• Establish trust and rapport while aiding potential clients in making informed decisions.
• Maintain strong conversion rates through adherence to established intake processes and best practices.
• Precisely document call notes, client details, and follow-up actions in the case management system.
• Ensure all intake records are complete, organized, and compliant with firm standards.
• Keep accurate records of communications and subsequent steps throughout the intake process.
• Liaise with attorneys when case approval or legal advice is necessary.
• Adhere to Georgia-specific personal injury workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Uphold confidentiality when managing sensitive client and legal information.
• Work collaboratively with the legal team to ensure a smooth transition from intake to case management.
• At least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury Intake.
• Experience with U.S. Legal Intake.
• Proficiency in Personal Injury Client Intake.
• C1 English proficiency or higher (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and rapport-building abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to confidently guide prospective clients through the intake and sign-up process.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to adhere to structured scripts, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
• Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours, including some evenings and weekends.
