Personal Injury Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls from potential clients with professionalism, empathy, and a sense of urgency.

• Conduct follow-up calls to warm leads, referrals, and online inquiries.

• Carry out thorough intake interviews to assess potential personal injury cases.

• Collect and accurately document all necessary client and case information.

• Identify urgent or high-value cases and elevate them as needed.

• Clearly articulate the legal representation process to prospective clients.

• Assist qualified leads in executing representation agreements using electronic signature platforms.

• Establish trust and rapport while aiding potential clients in making informed choices.

• Maintain strong conversion rates by adhering to established intake processes and best practices.

• Accurately log call notes, client details, and follow-up actions in the case management system.

• Ensure all intake records are thorough, organized, and compliant with firm standards.

• Communicate with attorneys when case approval or legal guidance is necessary.

• Follow Georgia-specific personal injury workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in Personal Injury Intake, U.S. Legal Intake, or Personal Injury Client Intake.

• Prior experience with U.S. personal injury law firms is REQUIRED.

• C1 English proficiency or higher (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Exceptional communication, active listening, and rapport-building abilities.

• Proven capability to confidently guide prospective clients through the intake and sign-up process.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Ability to adhere to structured scripts, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• Must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours, including some evenings and weekends.
