This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Request, gather, organize, and evaluate medical records, medical bills, and relevant documentation associated with personal injury claims.
• Create and sustain comprehensive demand files for submission to insurance providers.
• Ensure that all records, bills, liens, and supporting documentation are correctly saved, organized, and maintained within the case management system.
• Review records and bills for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before preparing demands.
• Identify any missing records, billing discrepancies, or incomplete documentation and follow up as necessary.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding treatment updates, records requests, and outstanding documentation requirements.
• Interact professionally with medical providers, billing departments, insurance adjusters, and vendors through phone calls, emails, faxes, and written correspondence.
• Conduct ongoing follow-ups on outstanding records, bills, balances, and documentation requests to ensure timely processing.
• Keep precise and thorough documentation of all case activities, communications, requests, and follow-up actions within the case management system.
• Monitor outstanding medical records, invoices, balances, and pending documentation requests.
• Assist in maintaining accurate documentation related to demands and ensuring case readiness standards.
• Process invoices and payments related to acquiring medical records and bills as assigned.
• Prior experience in Personal Injury Case Management, Demands, Medical Records, or Pre-Litigation is preferred.
• Experience in requesting, reviewing, or organizing medical records and medical bills.
• Experience in communicating with medical providers, insurance adjusters, or clients regarding claim-related issues.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Capability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while ensuring accountability and follow-through.
• Reliable attendance, professionalism, and responsiveness.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
