Personal Injury Case Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Ensure accurate and well-organized case files are maintained within the case management system.

• Develop and uphold comprehensive case timelines.

• Compose and prepare demand packages along with legal correspondence.

• Aid in the efficient management of personal injury cases from the initial intake to resolution.

• Confirm that all documentation is precise, complete, and current.

• Assist legal personnel with administrative tasks and case-related responsibilities as required.

• Monitor case progress and guarantee that deadlines are adhered to.

• Effectively communicate with attorneys, staff, clients, and third-party individuals.

• Help in the creation and completion of medical timelines.

• Conduct client intake activities and collect pertinent case information.

• Draft written requests and follow up on any outstanding records or information.

• Request, track, and organize medical records along with supporting documentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a case manager.

• Knowledge of US personal injury law is mandatory.

• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills are essential.

• Strong skills in case management and legal administrative support.

• Capability to draft legal demands and supporting documents.

• Experience in requesting and organizing medical records.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

• High level of accountability and ownership.

• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.

• Results-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• Professional and ethical judgment.

• Compassionate orientation towards client service.

• Quick learning ability and adaptability to changing priorities.

• Intellectual curiosity and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in legal technology and case management platforms.

• Remote work within Eastern Standard Time (EST).

• Monday to Friday working hours.

• Light to moderate expected call volume (6-15 calls per day).

• Required software: MyCase, RingCentral, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Gmail, ADP.
