📋 Description

• Oversee Litigation from Start to Finish: Manage cases from intake to trial, encompassing strategy formulation, discovery, depositions, and settlement discussions.

• Court Representation: Confidently represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with precision.

• Client Strategy and Consultation: Provide clients with legal advice and craft winning strategies customized to their cases.

• Drafting and Advocacy: Create compelling pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

• Trial Preparation: Collaborate closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and overall trial strategy.

• Case Assessment: Evaluate liability, damages, and risks to inform case direction.

• Client Engagement: Foster strong, ongoing communication to ensure a premium client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 8 years in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.

• License:

- Required: An active Massachusetts Bar license.

- Preferred: Dual licensure in Massachusetts and Texas.

• Trial Experience: Proven courtroom background with a history of successful outcomes.
