Personal Injury Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Oversee personal injury cases from initial intake to resolution or trial.

• Perform thorough case investigations and establish robust evidentiary foundations.

• Prepare and submit pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.

• Engage in strategic negotiations with insurance firms and opposing legal representatives.

• Prepare for and advocate for clients in trial settings when required.

• Formulate case strategies designed to optimize client results.

• Keep abreast of legal developments, case law, and regulatory changes.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys and legal personnel.

• Contribute to enhancing client experience and initiatives for firm growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law institution.

• Active legal license in Nebraska and/or Iowa.

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.

• Demonstrated capability to achieve favorable case outcomes and settlements.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and courtroom advocacy abilities.

• Strong negotiation skills and strategic mindset.

• Capacity to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively within a team.

• Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software.
