Personal Financial Counselor, Assignment Ready Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Deliver personal financial counseling services to military personnel and their families.

• Aid in creating spending plans for extended periods of absence.

• Design and conduct financial education classes and workshops.

• Employ virtual counseling and electronic communication techniques.

• Oversee duty to warn scenarios according to DoD guidelines.

• Engage with leadership and take part in training and quality enhancement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial counseling.

• Must be a U.S. citizen and possess fluent English speaking skills.

• Required certifications include AFC, CFP, or ChFC.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish if specified by the contract.

• Capability to successfully complete a Tier 2 investigation.
