Personal Cruise Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive sales to direct consumers by making calls, following up on leads and prospects, identifying travel requirements, showcasing Norwegian Cruise Line products, and offering travel suggestions.

• Build and sustain high-quality customer relationships through outstanding customer service, rapport-building, recognizing and fulfilling customer needs and expectations, customer retention, and follow-up.

• Achieve sales targets and strive to surpass revenue objectives.

• Develop and foster effective relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Keep detailed consumer prospect lists and a contact database to analyze client travel trends.

• Actively seek opportunities to promote and sell Norwegian Cruise Line products based on clients' travel history.

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of the industry and company to effectively describe cruise product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, itineraries, stateroom upgrades, onboard credits, and other shipboard amenities.

• Attend and engage in daily team meetings and relevant sales training sessions.

• Take part in department-sanctioned mass email campaigns aimed at specific guest profiles.

• Execute other job-related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• At least one year of sales experience is necessary.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills are essential.

• Must possess a strong working knowledge of Norwegian Cruise Line's offerings, including the current fleet and ship itineraries.

• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-energy sales environment that is driven by goals and quotas.

• Compliance with a strictly enforced dress code is mandatory.
