• Serve as the Personal Care Director for the community during periods of vacancy.
• Perform assessments and develop service plans for residents.
• Supervise and ensure the quality of resident care aligns with established standards.
• Ensure that resident ADL schedules are created and adhered to in the absence of a director.
• Work in conjunction with Human Resources to address any performance-related issues with employees.
• Aid in the training and development of the care team members.
• Coordinate with the home office team to facilitate a seamless transition for both outgoing and incoming community team members.
• Foster a positive work atmosphere that promotes collaboration, teamwork, and effective communication among team members.
• Conduct monthly audits to verify compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and programs.
• Assist wellness leaders with ongoing training initiatives.
• Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned within the scope of the job's requirements.
• A degree in healthcare or a related field.
• Willingness to travel 80% or more.
• Experience in Senior Living or Independent Living settings.
• At least three years of management experience in Senior Living.
• Must possess a solid understanding of and experience with Microsoft Office in a Windows platform, along with the ability to learn company-specific software.
• A proven history of driving revenue growth through identifying resident care needs, suggesting appropriate services, and successfully converting assessments into increases in service plans.
