This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Serve as the Personal Care Director for the community during periods of vacancy.
β’ Perform assessments and develop service plans for residents.
β’ Supervise and ensure the quality of resident care aligns with established standards.
β’ Ensure that resident ADL schedules are created and adhered to in the absence of a director.
β’ Work in conjunction with Human Resources to address any performance-related issues with employees.
β’ Aid in the training and development of the care team members.
β’ Coordinate with the home office team to facilitate a seamless transition for both outgoing and incoming community team members.
β’ Foster a positive work atmosphere that promotes collaboration, teamwork, and effective communication among team members.
β’ Conduct monthly audits to verify compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and programs.
β’ Assist wellness leaders with ongoing training initiatives.
β’ Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned within the scope of the job's requirements.
β’ A degree in healthcare or a related field.
β’ Willingness to travel 80% or more.
β’ Experience in Senior Living or Independent Living settings.
β’ At least three years of management experience in Senior Living.
β’ Must possess a solid understanding of and experience with Microsoft Office in a Windows platform, along with the ability to learn company-specific software.
β’ A proven history of driving revenue growth through identifying resident care needs, suggesting appropriate services, and successfully converting assessments into increases in service plans.
