This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Serve as the main regulatory liaison and authority for permitting, reporting, and regulatory activities.
• Analyze and interpret analytical data pertaining to air, water, and waste.
• Oversee the management of notices of violations (NOVs).
• Ensure the accuracy of the environmental management system.
• Monitor all regulations relevant to the EPA and state/local agencies.
• Collaborate with new acquisitions to facilitate the integration of permitting processes.
• Create programs, policies, and training initiatives focused on environmental regulations.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or environmental field.
• A minimum of five years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, including EPA, DOT, and applicable standards.
• Possession of one or more Environmental certifications is preferred.
