This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan for the territory that emphasizes competitive conversions and revenue enhancement.
• Develop and oversee a strong pipeline of opportunities within designated hospitals and surgery centers.
• Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and evaluations to establish Mindray’s anesthesia and monitoring solutions as the preferred option.
• Collaborate on a daily basis with cross-functional EST team members.
• Spearhead post-sale activities by organizing installations, in-services, and initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholders.
• Contribute to both regional and national strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing Mindray’s brand and fostering KOL development.
• Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain focus and alignment with company objectives.
• Optionally take on the role of Field Trainer, aiding in the onboarding and development of new sales personnel.
• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in capital or medical equipment sales, with a history of surpassing quotas.
• Strong skills in cold-calling, pipeline management, and delivering presentations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to foster trust and navigate intricate decision-making processes within hospitals.
• High energy, strategic thinking, and self-driven motivation.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and CRM applications.
• Team-oriented approach with the capability to collaborate across various divisions.
