This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Edit high-performing direct-to-consumer (D2C) advertising creatives across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Transform raw or user-generated content (UGC) into videos that drive conversions.
• Design static creative assets including advertisements, thumbnails, and landing visuals.
• Produce hyper-realistic videos and visuals using AI technologies.
• Craft attention-grabbing hooks and engaging narratives.
• Adapt content for use across various platforms.
• Quickly iterate on successful creative concepts.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance production speed and ideation processes.
• Collaborate on creative strategies rather than solely focusing on execution.
• Maintain a high level of output and creative momentum across projects.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in video editing and design.
• Demonstrated experience with D2C and performance marketing creatives.
• Strong grasp of human psychology and buyer behavior.
• Ability to convert insights into high-converting creative materials.
• Knowledge of hooks, audience retention, and ad fatigue.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut.
• Skilled in design applications like Photoshop or equivalent tools.
• Capable of creating clean, premium visuals that align with brand identity.
• Experience in generating hyper-realistic AI videos and creative content.
• Familiarity with AI video and image generation, voiceovers, and scripting.
• Strong interest in AI technologies and a desire to lead AI integration within the creative team.
• Highly productive with a proactive approach to accomplishing tasks.
• Self-driven and motivated (“batteries included”).
• Ensures high output both personally and within the team.
• Eager to learn new tools, skills, and assume additional responsibilities.
