This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop and implement strategies for performance, load, stress, spike, and endurance testing utilizing LoadRunner.
• Evaluate system performance under load conditions and pinpoint bottlenecks within both application and infrastructure layers.
• Create and uphold performance testing scripts and scenarios.
• Utilize Python for automation, preparation of test data, analysis of results, and development of tools.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and DevOps engineers to address performance-related challenges.
• Establish performance benchmarks, service level agreements (SLAs), and criteria for system readiness.
• Analyze and interpret test outcomes, providing clear and actionable performance reports.
• Assist in capacity planning and scalability evaluations for production environments.
• Incorporate performance testing into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines as appropriate.
• Engage in architecture and design reviews with a focus on performance engineering.
• Continuously enhance performance testing methodologies, tools, and practices.
• Background in aviation, transportation, or mission-critical systems.
• Over 5 years of experience in performance testing or non-functional testing roles.
• Extensive hands-on experience with LoadRunner.
• Strong grasp of performance testing methodologies, including load, stress, spike, and endurance testing.
• Experience in evaluating performance across systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Practical knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or data analysis purposes.
• Familiarity with web-based, API-driven, and distributed systems.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent English communication skills in international team settings.
