Performance Quality Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the system's functionality and identify factors that may hinder its optimal performance.

• Conduct audits on data to ensure the availability of clean and suitable datasets.

• Collaborate closely with the support team to investigate issues and determine necessary actions to maintain data integrity.

• Validate solutions, document outcomes, and gather customer feedback for future reference.

• Interpret field test results and model issues while analyzing customer feedback.

• Prepare cases for field personnel to evaluate labels and predictions.

• Identify performance-related challenges and collaborate with engineers to develop solutions.

• Execute field experiments aimed at enhancing performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background or professional experience in Agronomy or Farming.

• Strong knowledge of agricultural industry practices, operations, and culture.

• Experience in data annotation.

• Highly motivated and independent thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Well-organized with outstanding time management skills to handle multiple priorities concurrently.

• Collaborative skills to engage with customers and internal teams simultaneously.

• High attention to detail and the capacity for strategic thinking.

• Detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to produce accurate reports.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Confluence is preferred.

• Capability to identify and manage high-risk situations, making safe independent decisions based on established processes.

• Willingness to travel to farms as required - 25-50%.
