This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and nurture robust customer relationships while enhancing performance across AutoSync’s Digital Advertising, Digital Retail, Website, and SEO offerings.
• Actively oversee the daily operations of client accounts, which includes strategic account planning, performance evaluations, training, technical support, and resolving issues.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams within dealership clients to ensure successful and aligned initiatives.
• Design and execute effective digital marketing strategies (CRO, SEM, SEO) that align with your client’s business objectives and budget.
• Monitor performance, deliver analysis, and establish yourself as a trusted consultant and advisor.
• A minimum of 4 years of T-Shaped digital marketing experience, with a solid understanding of Paid Advertising (Google, Meta), Website Solutions (UX/CRO), and SEO principles.
• A post-secondary degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an agency as a digital marketing subject matter expert, managing a substantial client portfolio.
• Over 2 years of experience in customer success.
• Experience in the Automotive Industry is a considerable advantage.
• Proficient in Google Analytics 4.
• Experience in managing large budget online media planning, media buying, or campaign management is a plus.
