This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Direct digital media planning for paid search, paid social, programmatic display, video, and innovative platforms.
• Convert client business goals into comprehensive, performance-focused media strategies.
• Create audience-centered plans utilizing insights, testing frameworks, and advanced AI-supported planning or forecasting tools.
• Clearly present media plans, justifications, and performance insights to internal teams and clients with confidence.
• Assess media opportunities, negotiate rates and added value, while sustaining robust relationships with vendors and platforms.
• Engage with digital media partners and platforms to assess opportunities, secure optimal placements, and enhance campaign performance.
• Execute and manage hands-on campaign activation, optimization, and budget pacing across platforms such as Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, DV360, and/or The Trade Desk.
• Identify opportunities to experiment with new channels, partners, formats, and betas, as well as AI-enabled capabilities when suitable.
• Utilize automation and AI-driven bidding and targeting features within platforms to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Take ownership of ongoing optimization, performance analysis, and insight generation across channels.
• Collaborate with analytics and data teams to ensure precise tracking, reporting, and attribution.
• Effectively communicate results and recommendations that are rooted in data and business impact.
• Act as a senior digital media point of contact for clients, offering daily strategic guidance while closely aligning with Paid Media Leadership across media, measurement, and performance.
• Provide high-quality client service by delivering timely, well-organized media outputs—including media plans, strategic perspectives, and performance insights—that facilitate informed decision-making.
• Work collaboratively with creative, experience, strategy, and data teams to support integrated, experience-driven solutions.
• Mentor junior planners and buyers, elevating the standard of media excellence throughout the practice.
• Help advance media best practices and promote thoughtful adoption of new tools and technologies, including AI.
• Confidently present media strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to clients.
• 6-8 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, preferably in an omni-channel agency setting.
• Advanced conversational and presentation skills in English are essential for this role.
• Strong, practical expertise across paid digital channels (paid social, display, programmatic, online video, search); familiarity with traditional channels is advantageous.
• Experience with Google Ads, SA360, DV360, and Merchant Center is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing multi-channel budgets.
• Working knowledge of tracking methodologies, measurement tools, and ad operations fundamentals.
• Experience collaborating with analytics and data teams on dashboards, reporting, and measurement.
• Comfort with using data to inform decisions, recommendations, and storytelling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing, analytics, or productivity tools, and enthusiasm for exploring emerging technologies that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and performance.
