Performance Marketing Manager – SEA Focus, eCommerce, Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the primary contact for all aspects concerning your assigned account portfolio.

• Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

• Generate regular performance reports for clients.

• Establish campaign frameworks and execute/launch advertisements.

• Evaluate Google Ads campaigns to strategically progress the project.

• You will scale ad accounts to daily budgets ranging from the four- to five-figure mark, and even six-figure daily budgets on Black Friday.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong enthusiasm for marketing, media, and communications.

• A degree and/or training in a relevant field is advantageous but not mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Google Ads specifically for eCommerce brands.

• Excellent analytical and methodical thinking skills, a structured approach, organizational abilities, result- and solution-oriented mindset, along with effective teamwork skills and a confident demeanor combined with an independent working style.

• Capability to adhere to established processes.

• An ambitious personality with a desire to enhance performance.

• Strong numerical aptitude and technical comprehension.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
