This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You are responsible for designing all campaigns and launches across our owned digital platforms, ensuring consistent and high conversion rates on the e-commerce site, landing pages, homepage, and CRM.
• You conceptualize, create, and continuously enhance shop content, including collection pages, product detail pages, and landing pages, while delivering web-ready assets.
• You design and maintain modular email templates and newsletter sequences that achieve above-average open and click-through rates.
• You craft visual product presentations that are enticing, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to enhance appeal.
• You ensure all digital touchpoints consistently reflect our CI/brand guidelines, working closely with the Brand team.
• Several years of experience in designing for e-commerce and owned digital channels such as shops, landing pages, and homepages.
• Strong practical abilities in creating web-ready assets and experience in modular CRM/email design.
• Proven track record of producing product renderings and visual mockups, preferably in a food-related context.
• Design thinking focused on performance and conversion, with experience in A/B testing of creative materials.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows for image and design creation (e.g., Midjourney, Magnific, Nano Banana, or similar tools).
• Excellent proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• German: business fluent; English: confident in both spoken and written communication.
