Ecommerce Account Manager – Native Mandarin Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in expanding brand presence by identifying opportunities to boost GMV and developing competitive fulfillment strategies that align with the business objectives of each brand.

• Collaborate with internal teams and brand stakeholders to convert strategic initiatives into actionable plans that enhance execution and yield measurable outcomes.

• Oversee daily account health by tracking key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and sales, while proactively addressing any issues that arise.

• Establish trusted relationships with brand partners, facilitate regular communications, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure an outstanding client experience.

• Compile and present business performance reports with actionable insights, lead weekly business reviews, monitor open action items, and guarantee timely follow-up to keep accounts on track.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Mandarin speaker with full proficiency in English, capable of seamless communication and translation with Mandarin-speaking brands.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Client Services, or a related field.

• 3–5+ years of experience managing e-commerce clients, account management, customer success, or project management, ideally supporting brands that import from China.

• Experience in managing client relationships in a dynamic environment and effectively communicating with stakeholders at various levels of an organization.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and achieve results independently.
