
Performance Marketing Lead – Shopify Apps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will establish our performance marketing and independently manage all relevant paid channels: Google Ads, Shopify Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and content marketing.
• Lead generation and MQL conversion are your primary objectives: You will drive qualified traffic to our app listings and convert it into installs.
• You will create a mature, transparent marketing process with clear KPIs, reporting structures, and ownership that can be handed over to others.
• You will work in a scientific and experimental manner: formulating hypotheses, testing, measuring, and iterating. No gut feelings, no vague ideas.
• You will support Product and Customer Success with cross-selling and upselling campaigns as well as feature release campaigns.
• In the long term, you will build a small marketing team and take on leadership responsibilities (time horizon: 1-2 years).
• 4-7 years of professional experience in performance marketing, with proven responsibility for multiple paid channels.
• Process management – you have built, documented, and successfully transferred marketing processes. This must be evident in your CV.
• Strong commitment to commercial objectives: you work KPI-driven and speak in numbers (traffic volume, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS...).
• A strong quantitative, data-driven mindset that is reflected in your daily work.
• Fluent in German.
