Performance Marketing Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other pertinent paid platforms.

• Oversee campaign planning, audience targeting strategies, budget distribution, optimization, and scaling efforts.

• Discover new acquisition avenues—channels, audiences, formats—to drive growth acceleration.

• Facilitate broader global acquisition initiatives across Google App Campaigns (UAC/GAC), Apple Search Ads (ASA), DSPs, and any emerging channels as necessary.

• Work closely with Product, Data, Brand, CRM, and Creative teams to enhance growth in alignment with key business goals.

• Manage the creative roadmap for your campaigns, ensuring a steady flow of innovative, high-performing assets.

• Collaborate with in-house creative teams, regional growth personnel, and external creators to produce content that is locally relevant and culturally meaningful.

• Track acquisition performance across paid channels and optimize towards CAC and other crucial efficiency metrics.

• Develop and implement structured testing plans across audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, landing experiences, and acquisition channels.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, platform updates, privacy regulations, and new growth tactics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing and paid acquisition.

• Demonstrated experience managing acquisition campaigns for a consumer mobile app, including knowledge of mobile measurement, attribution, and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).

• Strong skills in creative strategy and experience in developing content focused on performance.

• Experience working across various international markets.

• Highly self-motivated with a strong inclination towards action and execution.
