
Performance Marketing Associate – D2C Ecommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Initiating and expanding campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and emerging platforms.
• Overseeing multiple D2C client accounts concurrently.
• Conducting media planning and budget allocation in the manner of a growth strategist.
• Analyzing data from Shopify and Google Analytics at a granular level.
• Creating performance reports that clients can easily comprehend.
• Independently leading client meetings (you will take charge of discussions).
• Collaborating closely with the creative team for ad concepts and monthly strategies.
• Engaging in testing, learning, iterating, and scaling. In essence: you don’t just manage ads, you drive business results.
• Experience working with D2C/ecommerce brands from the agency perspective.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Proficient in Meta and Google ads beyond the basic "boost post" functionality.
• Understanding of Shopify funnels, attribution, and analytics.
• Capable of translating data into insights and actionable strategies.
• Possess strong creative instincts with a focus on performance and storytelling.
• Comfortable taking ownership of client conversations and reviews.
• Passionate about numbers, dashboards, experiments, and optimization processes.
• Proficient in Excel and presentation skills.
• Experience with email/WhatsApp marketing or marketplaces is a plus.
• Familiarity with lead generation campaigns is an additional bonus.
