This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Develop and implement paid advertising campaigns across search, social media, and emerging platforms.

• Conduct daily performance monitoring and proactively address both challenges and opportunities.

• Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives based on data insights.

• Collaborate with our internal creative team to brief and execute ad content focused on performance.

• Assist in managing and expanding our creator and influencer program, facilitating content pipelines and internal approvals.

• Generate weekly performance reports and convert raw data into clear, actionable insights for the larger team.

• Recognize trends across channels and correlate spending with revenue outcomes.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or growth strategies.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing one or more paid channels, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok ads, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical abilities; proficient in tools like Google Analytics and Excel.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting.
