Performance Manager, West/Südwestdeutschland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Primary point of contact for franchise partners

• Regular onsite visits to franchise partners

• Consultation on optimizing operational business processes

• Support for local store marketing in collaboration with the marketing department

• Advising regional managers of in-house operations

• Participation in internal meetings

• Reporting to the Head of Franchise Performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial or gastronomic training or equivalent qualification

• Operational experience in a (system) gastronomic concept

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position within (system) gastronomic franchise support

• Excellent understanding of commercial figures and business relationships

• High degree of initiative, responsibility, and independence

• Very good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

• Confident demeanor and good interpersonal skills

• Diplomatic assertiveness

• Very good MS Office 365 skills, particularly in Excel

• Excellent command of German and English

• Class B driver's license

• Residence in North Rhine-Westphalia or willingness to relocate
