This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically diverse team of Job Brokers to meet performance, quality, and employment objectives.

• Cultivate a high-performing remote team through consistent coaching, performance evaluations, feedback, and development initiatives.

• Enhance employer engagement and drive vacancy creation.

• Establish robust relationships with employers throughout the region.

• Leverage performance data and insights to pinpoint opportunities, tackle underperformance, and enhance outcomes.

• Foster connections with Jobcentre Plus, employers, training providers, and other key stakeholders.

• Guarantee that young individuals receive exceptional, tailored support and are matched with sustainable employment opportunities.

• Advocate for innovative employer engagement strategies, such as reverse marketing and customized opportunities.

• Ensure adherence to contractual, quality, and operational standards while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams within a target-oriented setting.

• An innate coach capable of motivating individuals, enhancing confidence, and unlocking potential.

• Strong skills in performance management, with the capability to utilize data and KPIs to drive enhancements.

• Experience in employer engagement, recruitment, business development, employability, sales, or a comparable customer-facing role.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficient in leading effectively across a remote or geographically dispersed team.

• Solid understanding of local labor markets and employer recruitment requirements.

• Experience with young people, employability programs, or disadvantaged groups is preferred.

• Knowledge of apprenticeships, placements, reverse marketing, or supported employment would be advantageous.
