Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a geographically diverse team of Job Brokers to meet performance, quality, and employment objectives.

• Create a high-performing remote team through ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, feedback, and professional development.

• Foster employer engagement and generate job vacancies throughout the region.

• Utilize performance metrics and insights to pinpoint opportunities, rectify underperformance, and enhance outcomes.

• Establish relationships with Jobcentre Plus, employers, training providers, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure that young individuals receive exceptional, tailored support and are connected to sustainable employment opportunities.

• Advocate for innovative employer engagement strategies, including reverse marketing and customized opportunities.

• Maintain compliance with contractual, quality, and operational standards while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams within a target-oriented environment.

• Strong skills in performance management, with the capacity to leverage data and KPIs to drive enhancements.

• Background in employer engagement, recruitment, business development, employability, sales, or a related customer-facing role.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities.

• Ability to lead effectively within a remote or geographically dispersed team structure.

• Solid understanding of local labor markets and employer recruitment requirements.

• Experience working with youth, employability programs, or disadvantaged populations is preferred.

• Familiarity with apprenticeships, placements, reverse marketing, or supported employment is considered a plus.
