Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and develop a geographically diverse team of Job Brokers to meet performance, quality, and employment objectives.

• Create a high-achieving remote team through consistent coaching, performance evaluations, feedback, and professional growth.

• Foster employer engagement and generate job vacancies.

• Cultivate strong partnerships with Jobcentre Plus, employers, training providers, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure that young individuals receive exceptional, personalized support and are connected to sustainable employment opportunities.

• Advocate for innovative employer engagement strategies, such as reverse marketing and tailored opportunities.

• Utilize performance data and insights to pinpoint opportunities, tackle underperformance, and enhance outcomes.

• Guarantee adherence to contractual, quality, and operational standards while maintaining outstanding customer service.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams in a target-oriented setting.

• An innate coach who inspires individuals, boosts confidence, and unlocks their potential.

• Strong skills in performance management, with the capability to leverage data and KPIs for driving improvements.

• Background in employer engagement, recruitment, business development, employability, sales, or a comparable customer-focused environment.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to lead effectively across a remote or geographically scattered team.

• A solid understanding of local labor markets and employer recruitment demands.

• Experience working with young people, employability programs, or marginalized groups is preferred.

• Familiarity with apprenticeships, placements, reverse marketing, or supported employment would be beneficial.
