Performance Management Expert – AI, Modern Frameworks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Design a customized performance management framework specifically for a dynamic AI startup, encompassing performance evaluations, 360-degree feedback, and competency mapping.

• Utilize AI-powered tools to assess sentiment in feedback and detect trends related to high performance or potential burnout.

• Transition from annual performance reviews to a "Continuous Performance Management" approach, incorporating real-time feedback and frequent check-ins.

• Leverage AI technology to align current team skills with industry standards and forecast future talent requirements.

• Identify leading performance indicators utilizing data from platforms like Slack, Jira, or CRM, rather than relying solely on lagging indicators.

• Ensure smooth integration of the new system with our existing OKR framework.

• Facilitate workshops and develop resources for team leaders on effective feedback delivery, receiving feedback, and conducting impactful one-on-ones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing systems within technology startups or scale-ups.

• Profound knowledge of Continuous Feedback, 360 Reviews, and Nudge Theory.

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced HR technology.

• Proficiency in English and Russian.
