Performance Management Expert, AI – Modern Frameworks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.

📋 Description

• Create a customized performance management framework designed for a dynamic AI startup, incorporating performance evaluations, 360-degree feedback, and competency mapping.

• Deploy AI-based tools to assess sentiment in feedback and detect patterns indicative of high performance or potential burnout.

• Transition from annual reviews to a "Continuous Performance Management" approach featuring real-time feedback and frequent check-ins.

• Utilize AI to align current team competencies with industry standards and forecast future talent requirements.

• Define leading performance indicators using data sourced from Slack, Jira, or CRM systems instead of solely relying on lagging metrics.

• Ensure the new system integrates smoothly with our existing OKR framework.

• Facilitate workshops and develop resources for team leaders on providing and receiving feedback, as well as conducting effective one-on-ones.

• Demonstrated experience in establishing systems within technology startups or scaling businesses.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Continuous Feedback, 360 Reviews, and Nudge Theory.

• Experience with AI-enhanced HR technology solutions.

• Proficient in both English and Russian.
