Performance Management Expert – AI, Modern Frameworks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Create a customized performance management framework designed for a dynamic AI startup, encompassing performance evaluations, 360-degree feedback, and competency mapping.

• Utilize AI-driven solutions to assess sentiment in feedback and uncover patterns indicative of high performance or potential burnout.

• Transition from annual performance reviews to a "Continuous Performance Management" approach that includes real-time feedback and frequent check-ins.

• Leverage AI to align the current team’s skills with industry standards and forecast future talent requirements.

• Develop leading performance indicators using data from Slack, Jira, or CRM systems, rather than relying solely on lagging indicators.

• Ensure the new framework integrates smoothly with our existing OKR system.

• Facilitate workshops and create resources for leaders on effective feedback techniques and conducting impactful 1-on-1 meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing systems within technology startups or scale-ups.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Continuous Feedback, 360 Reviews, and Nudge Theory.

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced HR technology.

• Proficiency in English and Russian.
