This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Assist facilities in adopting EBP standards and system-driven best practices.
• Ensure clinical compliance, accuracy of documentation, and adherence to processes.
• Mentor rural teams, clinical advocates, and operational leaders on EBP standards and best practices.
• Perform workflow evaluations in clinics and hospitals to pinpoint efficiency gaps and areas for enhancement.
• Suggest and aid in implementing workflow redesign strategies that promote EBP, standardization, and operational efficiency.
• Spearhead and manage change management initiatives to guarantee the effective adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
• Offer education and training to staff regarding updated workflows and readiness for change.
• Drive system and facility-level improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA, and other quality improvement methodologies.
• Assist in the establishment and monitoring of performance objectives and action plans.
• Aid in standardizing clinical and operational procedures across all facilities.
• Conduct on-site and virtual improvement workshops, rapid improvement events, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the development, optimization, and maintenance of EHR-based registries for clinical and operational metrics.
• Ensure precise data collection, mapping, and system alignment with registry specifications.
• Create, analyze, and disseminate timely reports for facilities and system leadership.
• Confirm data integrity and ensure the accuracy of dashboards, scorecards, and metrics related to incentives.
• Collaborate with IT, analytics teams, and vendor partners to troubleshoot and improve registry performance.
• Establish strong, productive relationships with hospital leadership, clinic managers, quality leaders, and frontline teams.
• Act as a bridge between system quality leadership and facility-level teams.
• Engage in system committees, collaborative groups, and project teams focused on improvement and standardization.
• Extensive travel is required (up to 75-90%), including overnight stays and visits to rural clinics and community hospitals.
• Must be able to work independently while traveling with minimal on-site supervision.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare field.
• Certification in quality or process improvement.
• Knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, and national quality metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams.
