Performance Development Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take a pivotal role within the Pathway to identify, recruit, and nurture new athletes.

• Collaborate with partners such as local clubs, London Youth Rowing, and the London Regatta Centre.

• Enhance the performance of athletes to prepare them for potential GB representation and Olympic achievement.

• Experience and personal attributes necessary to cultivate a high-performance rowing environment.

• Flexibility regarding working hours.

• Driven and capable of functioning effectively as part of a team.

• Ability to recognize and support individuals who might not otherwise have the chance to excel in the sport.
