Performance Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and design new effective static advertisements tailored to various markets and formats based on performance data trends.

• Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to research and identify key insights and hypotheses, while monitoring patterns and conducting profitable optimization tests (including captions, KV swaps, formats, placements, and combinations of ad copy with creative elements).

• Work alongside Creative Strategists and Editors to transform winning concepts into videos, incorporating layouts, formats, themes, audio suggestions, and hook frames.

• Partner with the Creative Strategist to review, design, and enhance landing pages, funnels, and conversion rate optimization flows (including offers, banners, pricing tables, and upsell/downsell strategies).

• Create and assemble new funnels and post-click assets such as listicles, advertorials, retargeting pages, quizzes, and subscription/referral pages.

• Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Amazon, retention, tech, and product teams to design and create materials that support acquisition and retention across various funnels and channels (including Amazon ads, new landing pages, quiz funnels, etc.).

• Maintain and expand research repositories (including swipe files, templates, and idea documentation).

• Analyze and enhance customer journey touchpoints across advertisements, landing pages, and emails using tools like Miro, Milanote, or any visual collaboration platform.

• Work with the Creative Strategist to guarantee all creative outputs are of high quality, error-free, consistent with the brand, and compliant with Meta/Platform advertising policies.

• Collaborate with media and product teams to ensure creative ideas remain innovative and effective following compliance revisions.

• Partner with the Creative Strategist to implement and integrate AI tools into workflows to scale creative production, generate insights, and deliver consistently successful tests.

• Collaborate with Tech, Creative Strategists, and Growth Strategists to promote the use of AI-assisted workflows for documenting and automating successful strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance design, growth creative, or comparable performance marketing roles.

• Demonstrated success in creating advertisements and funnels that profitably scale for brands with 8-9 figure revenues (portfolio required).

• In-depth understanding of paid algorithm platforms (Meta/TikTok/Youtube) and the influence of design on performance campaign metrics such as Spend, CTR, CVR, LTV, etc.

• Strong capability to convert customer insights and data into creative concepts.

• Proficient in design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.) and adept at briefing editors and creators.

• Knowledgeable in conversion rate optimization, landing page design, and customer journey funnels.

• Familiar with AI creative tools (GPT, Kling, Midjourney, Runway, Elevenlabs, etc.) and possess some knowledge of creative processes in workflow automation.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working across different teams and departments.
