Performance Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a performance-oriented creative strategy for paid social and digital channels, managing creative concepts and briefs from inception to execution while collaborating closely with Designers and Video Editors to realize these ideas, ensuring that concepts align with growth KPIs, foster creative diversity, and generate scalable solutions for Meta algorithm learning.

• Conduct organized test-and-learn cycles (A/B, multivariate), quickly scaling successful performers.

• Evaluate creative performance to derive insights regarding hooks, messaging, formats, and target audiences.

• Promote a hyper-performance mindset, prioritizing impact, speed, and scalability over aesthetics alone.

• Keep abreast of competitor research, monitoring ad creative, messaging, formats, and trends, while continuously integrating insights into the creative pipeline and testing strategy.

• Work closely with Paid Managers to ensure that creative direction is in sync with targeting strategies, audience segmentation, and channel-specific performance objectives.

• Observe platform and industry trends (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to discover emerging creative opportunities and formats that can enhance performance.

• Record learnings and creative insights to reinforce internal playbooks, creative guidelines, and testing frameworks, facilitating scalable knowledge-sharing.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in performance-driven creative strategy for paid social and digital channels (Meta-first experience highly preferred).

• Solid understanding of creative testing frameworks, A/B testing, and how creative diversity enhances platform algorithm learning.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting creative performance data across advertising platforms, including metrics such as CTR, hook rate, CPA, CVR, and related creative indicators.

• Capable of translating performance data into creative insights, clear hypotheses, and scalable ideas.

• Practical experience in briefing and collaborating with Designers and Video Editors, overseeing creative direction from start to finish.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment characterized by rapid iterations and clear performance accountability.

• Strong understanding of platform mechanics and trends across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar channels.

• Native or near-native English proficiency, with the ability to clearly express ideas, write concise briefs, and communicate insights effectively across teams.
