This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
β’ Paid Media β Engage in the daily management of Meta Ads and Google Ads, overseeing budget allocation, structural organization, creative contributions, and performance attribution.
β’ Creative Testing System β Establish and execute a structured testing framework: focusing on one variable per test, formulating clear hypotheses, maintaining a regular schedule, and documenting insights.
β’ Creative Briefing β Craft precise and detailed briefs for the Content Lead and graphic designer.
β’ Market Strategy & Reporting β Conduct a weekly review of creative performance, analyzing successes, failures, and future strategies.
β’ 3β6 years of direct, hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads, managing the accounts personally.
β’ Experience with premium direct-to-consumer brands.
β’ An enthusiastic golfer.
β’ Experience across multiple European markets, coupled with language proficiency.
β’ Proficient in at least one language in addition to English.
β’ Familiarity with creative analytics tools as an integral part of your workflow.
