This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Oversee, guide, and align a multi-disciplinary creative team.
• Establish a systematic method for Creative Preference Optimization, covering everything from data collection to final decision-making.
• Implement organized frameworks for creative evaluation and benchmarking.
• Develop, maintain, and execute a strategic roadmap for creating internal optimization tools.
• Ensure alignment of creative strategy across marketing, product, and R&D departments.
• Identify and track essential creative quality metrics: CTR, CVR, retention impact, and preference scores.
• Conduct thorough analyses of performance data and user behavioral signals.
• Analyze A/B test results and provide data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Guarantee data integrity and methodological accuracy for all experiments and statistical models.
• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and producers to develop high-performing assets that align with algorithmic insights.
• Convert complex backend analytics into actionable and easy-to-understand creative recommendations.
• Manage the complete optimization lifecycle: 'analysis → hypothesis → prototype → test → implementation'.
• Oversee the deployment of ML solutions for modeling creative preferences, including ranking models, embeddings, and scoring pipelines.
• Monitor the quality and efficiency of automated creative selection and generation systems.
• Initiate the creation of internal tools such as analytics dashboards, testing automation, content classification, and recommendation algorithms.
• Present optimization outcomes, trends, insights, and business impact to management and stakeholders.
• Produce high-level reports on optimization effectiveness, its impact on core business metrics, and ROI.
• Coordinate priorities across teams and actively engage in quarterly OKR planning.
• Media Buying Background: Comprehensive understanding of how major ad network auctions operate (Meta, FB, TikTok, Google) and their internal content optimization algorithms.
• Proven track record in hands-on user acquisition and managing substantial advertising budgets in previous roles.
• Creative Expertise (Design / Production): Strong grasp of composition, visual psychology, consumer behavior, and contemporary trends in design and video production.
• Ability to conceptualize globally rather than merely executing basic tasks.
• Proficiency with design/editing software (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.) is a significant advantage.
• Data-Driven Analytics & A/B Testing: Expertise in performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, LTV, Retention).
• Fundamental understanding of mathematical statistics to ensure accurate A/B testing and evaluation of statistical significance.
• Experience with AI/ML Tools: Knowledge of generative AI network principles (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT) to enhance creative workflows, alongside core concepts of predictive analytics (how ranking models select and match content for specific audiences).
